Can I accept advance payment at the time of booking?
Yes. Cliniq Flo supports UPI and card payment collection at the time of booking on the Professional and Enterprise plans. The amount is held and adjusted against the consultation fee.
What happens if a patient does not show up?
No-shows are automatically marked in the system. The slot can be released for walk-ins. If advance payment was collected, you set the refund/forfeit policy in your settings.
Can different doctors in the same clinic have different booking schedules?
Yes. Each doctor has their own schedule, slot duration, buffer time, and advance booking window. Patients select the doctor and see only that doctor's availability.
