Getting Started

How quickly can I start using Cliniq Flo?

Most clinics are fully set up and live within 24 hours of signing up. Our onboarding team configures your clinic profile, trains your staff, and handles any data migration — all on Day 1.

Do I need to install any software?

Cliniq Flo is a cloud-based web application — no installation required. You can access it from any browser on desktop, laptop, or tablet. We also have a companion mobile app for doctors on Android.

Can I migrate my existing patient data?

Yes. We offer data migration services to import patient records from Excel sheets, older clinic software, or even paper records that you've digitized. Our migration specialist will assist you throughout the process.

Compliance & Security

Is Cliniq Flo ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) compliant?

Yes, Cliniq Flo is a certified ABDM-compliant software. We support Health Facility Registry (HFR), ABHA ID creation and linking, PHR (Personal Health Records) integration, and all required health data standards (FHIR R4).

How secure is my clinic's data?

Your data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL in transit and at rest. We store data on ISO 27001 certified servers located in India. Daily automated backups are performed with 30-day retention. We follow all DISHA (Digital Information Security in Healthcare Act) guidelines and never sell your data.

Is Cliniq Flo GST-compliant?

Yes. Cliniq Flo automatically generates GST-compliant invoices for all services — OPD, lab, and pharmacy. GST is calculated based on current tax slabs and the invoices are accepted by TPA companies and insurance providers.

Does Cliniq Flo work without an internet connection?

Yes. Cliniq Flo has a hybrid cloud + offline mode. All core clinic functions — OPD, billing, pharmacy — work locally even without internet. Data syncs automatically to the cloud when your connection is restored.

Does Cliniq Flo support multiple doctors and staff?

Yes. You can add unlimited doctors, nurses, receptionists, and pharmacists with role-based access. Each user sees only the modules and data relevant to their role. The Hospital Suite plan supports multi-branch setups as well.

Can I send lab reports and bills via WhatsApp?

Yes, with the WhatsApp API add-on. You can send formatted lab reports, appointment reminders, and billing receipts directly to patients' WhatsApp numbers from within the software.

Does Cliniq Flo have an app for doctors?

Yes, there is a companion Android app for doctors to view their appointment schedule, access patient records, and write prescriptions on the go. The full administration interface works on any modern browser.

Billing & Pricing

What are the payment options?

You can pay monthly or annually. We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. Annual payment gives you 2 months free. All plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) and you get a GST invoice.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price you see on our pricing page is what you pay. Onboarding, training, and standard software updates are always included. Optional add-ons like SMS reminders and WhatsApp API are clearly priced separately.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle and can export all your data.

Support

What kind of support is available?

All plans include dedicated WhatsApp support (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST) with a response time under 30 minutes for common queries. Clinic Pro and Hospital Suite plans also include phone support and a dedicated account manager.

Do you provide training for clinic staff?

Yes. Every new clinic gets a free onboarding and training session. We train your receptionist, nurses, and doctors on the relevant modules. Training is typically 2–4 hours and done remotely via video call. Additional training sessions can be booked anytime.
